For damages to the Bridge Close, Hughes Meadow, Twenty Leys Close and Muckhill Leys Close on the N.W. side of the G.J. Canal, caused by oozing or leaking of water through the banks of the canal, and in paymnet to T.R.T. for making drains to carry off water
