Description

LEASE (Cp.) for 3 lives by Rt. Hon. James Cholmondeley of Rocksavage Esq. to James Ackerly of Runcorn --- a messuage, cottage or small tenement in RUNCORN formerly called Birkenheads and now in the possession of the said James Ackerley, with appurtenances; for lives of Sarah wife of the said James Ackerley, John Wrench son of Randle Wrench of Astmore and Robert Leathwood of Beeston, at an annual rent of 2/8 and a heriot of 20/-. Cons. the surrender of a former lease of the premises (above no. DCH/E/42) and £22.
