2. William Longdon of Cheny Longveild, in the parish of Wistanstow yeoman

Cons: £210

Feoffment in a messuage and one watercorn mill in Wistanstowe (Thomas Childe) with appurtenances with all deeds concerning the property and copies of other evidence.

Covenant that Robert is lawfully seized and has power to sell. Warranty.

Covenant for quiet possession and that the property is not encumbered (chief rent reserved). Covenant for further assurance within 7 years, Wallop not being compelled to travel further than to London and Westminster.
