1. at the request of 2. convey to 3.

The piece of meadow called Lacons Meadow alias Weeks's Meadow alias Baldwynns Meadow in the t. of Wall under Eyewood or Wall under Haywood in p. Rushbury (10a) having lands of Eliz. Cressett on 2 sides add part of the glebe lands on another side, all which piece was formerly divided into 2 pieces of land called Mr Lacon's Meadow alias Weeks's Meadow and purchased under a Commission of Bankruptcy awarded against Edw. Blakeway amongst other lands by 2. or 1. in trust for 2., and the other half of it was lately bought by 2. or Wm Lutwyche in trust for 2., from My Lee jnr, and which piece is now in the holding of Jos. Hotchkiss as tenant to 2. and for which a modus of 1s a year is paid by the occupant to the Rector of Rushbury for the time being in lieu of tithe hay.
