The Pimlico property was disposed of long ago. After the death of John Henry Hagger, when the last of the leases of the Fulham property had expired (1922 or 3), the Trust was wound up by the above two surviving Trustees by distributing the assets among the surviving beneficiaries after the death of the widow (Mrs. E. D. Payne) of Henry Reid Payne, October, 1936.
