By NYCHOLAS VENABLES of Andover, esq., to JOHN PAY of Clymping, yeoman-for £250-of a messuage with 2 barns, stable, &c. called Whites Hold; the Gastornes, 9 ac. arable; the Hames, 11 ac.; the Wourne, 5 ac.; Stanford, 13 ac. adjoining to the Leas; Stanford meade, 1½ ac. meadow; Stanford, 20 ac. pasture; Meare meade, 1 ac.; all in Ancton in Felpham alias Felgham and late parcel of the manor of Ancton, in tenure of Widow Knight and purchased by Nicholas Venables, grandfather of the said Nicholas, of Robert, Earl of Leicester, under the description of a messuage &c. and 4 yardland containing 80 ac., then in occupation of Richard White
