By Release by Martha Drake of Blechingley spinster, one of the daughters of Ralph Drake, being of full age, of receipt of £50 from Wm. Blackman and Ann his wife, which with £50 received from Thos. Drake and Richard Jewell was in full of £100 being her part of £300 charged upon and estate in Sussex, and Release to the said William and Ann and their undivided moiety of the said manor, messuage, farm and lands &c.
