(reciting no. 21 and that Thomas Heming, having since died, had made no assignment of a term of years therein specified) of such part of the estate of the said Thomas Heming as concerns the assignment of a residue of a term of 1000 years in three quarters of one yardland in Broad Marston and Pebworth.
