Description

Limited administration granted by the Consistory Court of Gloucester to William Byrch of Evesham, co. Worcs., gent. (reciting no. 21 and that Thomas Heming, having since died, had made no assignment of a term of years therein specified) of such part of the estate of the said Thomas Heming as concerns the assignment of a residue of a term of 1000 years in three quarters of one yardland in Broad Marston and Pebworth.
