From THOMAS HUTTON of Allonby, co. Cumberland, yeoman, and MARY his wife to JOHN PAY of Ancton, yeoman, for £25, given by the Will of Francis, wife of the said John Pay and sister of the said Mary Hutton, made in pursuance of a Deed of Covenant dated 13 July 1654 by the said John Pay with William Edmonds of Yapton, gent., on the marriage of the said John Pay with Francis Cooden

Marks of Thos. and Mary Hutton "at the Chequer in Holborne." Witnesses:-John Sanderson, George Yeats, John Bunton
