Total value as round sum was £402 per half year. (1764-1766). List of land tax payments re. places noted above, n.d. c. 1770. Memo that Mr. Harwood's year's rent £52 paid - by a score of sheep £9, by a fixed, levy at ¾d. per oxgang from 17 Dec. 1774 to 1 Jan. 1776 being 52 weeks £1. 10s. 4½d, by Militia for year this rent paid for 14s. 2d., by church wardens' levy 17s. 2d., etc. Cash paid £35. 1s. ¼d. (11 June 1776). Various memoranda re. individual rent payments. Account of new raised rents 1774. New rents of estate bought by John Webb of Thos. Barber (1773). Receipt by Rob. Evans of John Webb Mr. Wigley's mortgage for £1500 upon estate at Grainsby Lincs. with all related muniments. (4 Nov. 1777). Receipts for interest 1737-1766. Goodday his trustee to John Webb of several undivided parts & shares in manor of Strelley and in messuages, farms etc. in Strelley (22 & 23 Dec. 1768) for £3203. Estate in St. Nicholas, Warwick, purchased for £2,200. (23 March 1771).
