Francis Foljambe v. Edward Bagshaw, Cuthbert Hemsworth, and Thomas Emmott; T.E. and C.H. v. Hugh Denner and others: disputes concerning the boundary of the common between Rawmarsh and Swinton, owned by F.F. and E.B. respectively; E.B. had leased his coalpits to C.H., but F.F. claimed that part of the pits and the drainage soughs were actually in Rawmarsh.
