Plan shows the carriage drive running eastward from Birling Gap over Beachy head towards Belle Tout lighthouse, in the parish of East Dean, which the Corporation is to acquire adjoining land at Beach Head already acquired under other powers. Also land to be acquired in Grove Road, Eastbourne, to extend the Town Hall.
