Most of the files in this section relate to site D which was originally designated for rented housing to be built by Building Design Partnership. This scheme was dropped in 1978 and the parcel was developed by Whelmar for the first CLDC housing scheme offered wholly for shared ownership or outright sale. The houses were completed at the end of February 1982. All files except NTC 22/1/1,2 relate to this site.
