(reciting assignment of mortgage of 14 January 1763 (a) Hannah Beard of Penzance, (b) Moses Morgan (c) Thomasin Eva (mortgage of 14 January 1759. M. Morgan - Hannah Beard - house in Alverton Lane where John Boase lived. £200) (a) and (b) - (c) - assignment of house in Penzance. Mortgage not paid £313-0-10d owing £313-0-10. T. Lanyon - Thomasin Eva T. Eva - T. Lanyon - assignment of house in Alverton Lane Penzance, occ. John Boase. M. Morgan did not pay mortgage. £314-14-8 owing (iii) agreed to purchase house from (ii) for £70.5s).
