Cons: £500 Demise of messuage in Grindle in the parish of Ryton (Francis Haslewood), another messuage in Grindle (William Eaton); a messuage in Kemberton; an ironwork or furnace for melting iron in Kemberton; a meadow in Hinnington and Evelyth in the parish of Idsall als Shiffnall (Edward Kendall and partners) for term of 1000 years, subject to mortgage proviso. Cons: £500
