28 acres belonging, 21 acres also used with said messuage, 1a. meadow called Webbs, close adjoining Stockmans Close, Whitehorns Close at Tilgarsley - all in Eynsham; later to Lower Elms Close (6a.) and Middle Elms Close (4a.), piece of arable (2a.) bounded on north east by Stockmans Close, and Elms Close (7a.) - the latter was part of allotment of 24a.2r.25p. to William Ellis in Eynsham Enclosure Award; later relates to Elms Close (5a.2r.23p) and Middle Elms Close (9a.12p.) purchased by William Philip Price, trustee of marriage settlement of Robert Bourne, in 1876.
