Cantley, Hatfield, Auckley, Blaxton and Rossington, comprising 4633a. 3r. 8p., Cantley Hall with its gardens, pleasure grounds and park land, 21 farms and small holdings, and the manor of Cantley, to be sold by auction by Messrs Walton & Lee, at the Mart, Tokenhouse Yard, London, 24 Jul. 1900; (2) Declaration by William Jeffery, of Cantley, farm bailiff, relating to the possession and identity of the 'Cantley Estate', 1 Apr. 1901.
