Description

Probate nuncupative will of Dorothy, widow of Gabriel Savill, former wife of Francis Marshall, esq., of Newark.

Money due to her is to pay debts of herself and G.S.

Administration to John Foster of Newark, gent.; seal missing. Parch. Will: 3 April 1624; prob: 4 May 1626

Endorsed receipt of Foster to William, Viscount Mansfield, for £20 in full of £30 for 1 yr.'s rent of manor of Flawborow due in life of Dorothy Savill on rent charge granted by Ralph Marshall, esq.
