Part of highway called Lords Cross Lane between highway from Halling to Snodland and Pilgrim Road, 435 yards long, to be diverted to new line through lands of Thomas Poynder the elder, William Hobson and Thomas Poynder the younger, 638 yards long, 20 feet wide.
Order: at West Malling, 15 December 1823, with plan (scale: 131/3 inches to mile).
Consent of T. Poynder the elder, W. Hobson and T. Poynder the younger of Snodland, lime manufacturers and co-partners, 24 October 1823.
Pages from Maidstone Journal and Kentish Advertiser, 9, 16 & 23 March 1824, containing notice of the order.
Affidavit concerning publication of notices, 27 April 1824.
Brief for Mr. Bollard to move for the confirmation of the order at Quarter Sessions, same date.
