From William Wake as Bishop of Lincoln (to 1716) and subsequently as Archbishop of Canterbury. Chiefly relating to ecclesiastical patronage, politics, and personal matters. Some letters are addressed to Lady C, and there is one letter from Mrs Wake to Lady C on her husband becoming Archbishop
