It is now just over two weeks since Mr Golovine and I saw Mr Dunnett and Mr Robbins in the unavoidable absence of CS (A) and although it was hoped that we should have a decision on the security problems for both France and Switzerland within 48 hours, it is my opinion that we still do not know where we are on this matter
