Letter to Nathaniel Curzon, 16 July 1712, offering £1,000 for site of St. George's chapel, Ormond Street (f.1).

Letter to Sir James Etheridge, 24 July 1712, inquiring the price of two houses 'next the snuff house in Gulstone Square' for site of a new church (f.1v).
