Witnesses: Master Roger of the order of Sempingham, Hugh Murdac, Richard the chaplain, Master Thomas de Beverley, Alan the clerk of K., Walter de Hugate, Nicholas de Hugate, Robert de Hoyland, William de Ormesbi, Harvey de Waleis, John son of Anketinus and William the clerk
Rent: 8s. per annum (but only 4s. if the convent lose half the property, and no rent if they lose all of it)
