Final concord in the presence of Roger, prior of the order of Sempingham, concerning ½ carucate of land in K. which (1) claimed to hold of (2) at a yearly rent of 10s., and which he now quitclaims to (2). Witnesses: Master Roger of the order of Sempingham, Hugh Murdac, Richard the chaplain, Master Thomas de Beverley, Alan the clerk of K., Walter de Hugate, Nicholas de Hugate, Robert de Hoyland, William de Ormesbi, Harvey de Waleis, John son of Anketinus and William the clerk

Rent: 8s. per annum (but only 4s. if the convent lose half the property, and no rent if they lose all of it)
