The Hon. George Howard of Bookham, Surrey, Esq., one of the Lieut. Generals in H.M. forces.

Recital agreement of 14 October 1725 between Hugh, Lord Clifford, Baron of Chudleigh (1) Edward Blount of Blagion, Devon, Esq., decd. (2) Sir George Chudleigh of Ashton, Devon, bart, John Belfield, Esq., Serjeant at Law (3) Hon. Hugh Clifford, Esq, afterwards Lord Clifford, son & heir of (1) (4), The Rt. Hon. Elizabeth Lady Dowager Clifford, then Elizabeth Blount, daughter of Edward Blount (5), before the marriage of Hugh and Elizabeth, and other recitals.

Now in consideration of the marriage between Sir Edward Smythe and Mary Clifford, and assignment to 3. of £5000 which Mary Clifford by articles of 14 October 1725 and by will of Lord Clifford, father, and by the death of Elizabeth her sister, and by indenture of 1 March 1755, she became entitled to. To trusts of deed of next day.

Enrolled 19 September 1766.
