Description

A Plan of Lands in the Parish of Middlezoy in the County of Somerset the Property of Major Genl John Barclay. Surveyed by Rt. Cartwright 1801.

10" to 1 mile O.S. sheet 62NW,SW, NE.

Ink and water colour on parchment.

Scattered parcels, including Broadfield and Sedgemoor allotments. Fields numbered and named. No book of reference. Fence, etc., ownership indicated. Some buildings shown in perspective. Place names and names of neighbouring landowners given. Title incorporates a marine vignette. Key on map explains conventions used.
