Fildes, Secretary to the Trustees to Mr Arthur Walkden, "Porto Novo", Nursery Road, Prestwich, Nr Manchester explaining that Trust Deed Partnership Scrip is cancelled when the holder's employment ceases and under certain circumstances a Preferential Certificate is issued in exchange. Mr Fildes requests further information from Mr Walkden regarding the circumstances under which he left employment at the West African Group.
