The cottage was formerly held by James Roberts then by George Harwood and now by Elijah Dixon. Consideration: £90 Notes: 2. shall hold premises subject to joint use by 1. and his heirs of the east wall of the cottage. 1. covenants to produce deeds in schedule (they date from 21 July 1801 to 29 October 1866).
