Recital: (i)'s seisin in Mountcoote estate (detailed) and intention to marry Anne Hewitt.

Transaction: (i) entrusts (iii) with his lands, successively for himself, A.Hewitt with a £200 annuity and £200 (also £500 for jointure), then to (iv) for 99 years from (i)'s death in order that they might administer the £200 annuity and jointure.

Recital: first Viscount Lifford's bequest of King's Norton lands to Hon. William Williams Hewitt in trust for sale, the proceeds maintaining William Williams Hewitt's children; William W. Hewitt's agreement that on his death A. Hewitt should have one-quarter of the King's Norton property; and the 20 May 1708 lease by John and Bryan Osborne of Balgeen town land to Richard Rogers, now vested in W. W. Hewitt.

Transaction: W. Hewitt entrusts (iv) with one quarter of the Balgeen land to augment his daughter's marriage-portion, along with one quarter of the King's Norton land subject to his wife Anne's life-interest, then for (i)'s younger children or an only daughter begotten upon his prospective wife.
