James Dunn, rated at 17s. 6d. after the rate of £30 value p.a., the full rack rent J. D. pays, although Mr William Copeland, deceased, in a rate made on 1 June 1783, was charged 12s. 0d.: appeal confirmed, and Mylor house rate to be amended to £12 7s.[?] annual value and 1s. 0d. rate; Mylor to pay T. W. £1 6s. 8d. costs.
