Physical condition (Aspects of the physical condition of the record that may affect or limit its use)
- There is evidence to suggest that the elevations were formerly bound into a volume, perhaps as part of a set of architectural drawings of Hawnes Park. At some point the drawings were unbound and cut and trimmed to fit into a single card frame thus destroying some of the contemporary evidence. The elevations were subsequently removed from the mount by the Record Office conservator.
