The Governor, Assistants and Company of the Merchant Adventurers and Joseph Agar, currier and leather merchant.
Messuage or tenement in Coppergate formerly in possession of Joshua Truslove, sadler adjoining the house belonging to the parish of St Michael, Spurriergate on one side; property late of William Hauxwell, cabinet maker , but then of the purchaser; at the back the house late belonging to the Rev'd Mr Beckwith of Nunmonkton and then to...(blank) on the other side and facing the inn formerly known by the name of the "Horse Shoe" but then called "The Yorkshireman" to the front.
