Comprises bundles of deeds to various properties purchased between 1866 and 1919, each with schedules. Most date from mid 19th c., but one bundle relating to Mad Leaze includes a lease of 1784 with an extract of an earlier lease of 11 September 1542 attached (made 1896) (D6242/1/1/5)
Included in D6242/1/1/2 is a detailed schedule of title deeds held in the Company's board room, compiled c. 1900 and updated to c. 1936, annotated with key letters (in blue pencil) which correspond to markings in these bundles
Plans are found throughout, including one showing additional buildings erected in 1889 and 1890 upwards of £5000, 1890 with related town surveyor's report (D6242/1/1/4), and another of freehold premises adjoining Bristol Road, purchased between 1866 and 1921, 1921 (D6242/1/1/10)
