iv) 21 July 1664 : no. DR 18/10/31/3.
v) 4 Aug 1664: nos. DR 18/10/31/4-5.
vi) 10 Feb 1664/5: deed poll under the hand of Christopher Leigh, declaring that his name in (v) has only been used in trust for Thomas Lord Leigh.
