Deeds of property at Rushey Green, Catford, originally part of the estate of Richard Hollier of Greenwich, built up as 1-6 Gothic Cottages by George Corbett of Lewisham, builder, c.1833. No 1 Gothic Cottages became the 'Gothic Cottage' (or 'House') beerhouse; no3 became a shop. George Corbett went bankrupt in 1841. The 'Gothic Cottage' passed to Day, Noakes and Son in 1875. Also three deeds of houses in Morena St, Catford.
