1. George Lang of Devonport, tailor and Albert John Rihll of Moretonhampstead, watchmaker, trustees named in the will of John Dayment of Moretonhampstead, shopkeeper

2. George Cann of Moretonhampstead, saddler and ironmonger

Premises: two dwellinghouses built by James Salter deceased on the site of premises conveyed to him by Margaret Greenslade in 1846, and a piece of ground on the south side of Greenhill on which a small dwellinghouse formerly stood which was burnt down in 1845, which contains in width fronting Greenhill fifteen feet four inches and in depth by the side of the New Street made since the fire to lead from Greenhill to Cross Street twenty two feet six inches, and a little spot of land formerly a garden belonging to the destroyed dwellinghouse immediately adjoining the piece of ground, containing ten feet in width and twelve feet in length, both pieces of land being bounded on the east by New Street, on the west by a newly erected dwellinghouse and spot of land behind it lately belonging to John Dayment, on the north by Greenhill and on the south by a smith's shop lately belonging to John Hill but now to his son Richard Hill together with the small dwellinghouse built by John Dayment on parts of the pieces of land late in the possession and occupation of Mrs Elizabeth Dayment widow of John Dayment
