Lease and release, the release being a conveyance from Richard Fowler of the parish of Aston near Birmingham, co. Warwick, gent., the commissioner appointed for execution of the Studley Enclosure Act 1817 to Robert Knight of Barrels, same county, esq., and Sir Francis Burdett of Foremark, co. Derby, baronet, his trustee, in consideration of £1120 of several pieces of common land in Studley.
