1. John Garnett of Bankhouse, Barbon, Kirkby Lonsdale, yeoman.
2. Robert Skyring Garnett of Bankhouse, Barbon, Kirkby Lonsdale, eldest son and heir apparent of John Garnett.
3. John Holme younger of Beckfoot, Barbon, yeoman.
Premises: all that messuage and tenement called Bankhouse with outbuildings, garden, orchard, closes, inclosures and parcels of ground belonging called the Croft, Good Meadow, Backdoor Field, Great Pasture, Fell Yeat Close, Large Busky Field, Little Busky Field, Strawberry Dale, Intake, Fell Parrock, Rough Mire, Field beyond the Well, Good Low Meadow and Horse Low Meadow, at Bankhouse in Barbon with appurts.
- To (3) upon trust to pay yearly profits to (1) for life, then to raise by mortgage of premises £400 and convey premises to (2); (3) to hold the £400 to use of Louisa Garnett, granddaughter of (1) at age of 21; should she die then to lawful issue or, if no issue, to next of kin.
Consideration: natural love and affection felt by (1) for (2) and 10s from (3) to (1).
