Premises: two new dwellinghouses lately built by George Endacott and occupied by George Endacott and James Potter with the piece of land on the western side of the houses, all being the site of two houses bequeathed by John Smale to his granddaughter Susanna Endacott, then Susanna Dingle, which were destroyed by fire in September 1845
