Description

Abstract of title to an estate at Upton Haselor commencing with a conveyance dated 10 June 1741, from William Gibbs of Mappleborough Green in Studley, yeoman, and Jane his wife to George Haines of Haselor, yeoman, and (on folio 8) as to the greater part of the estate, with a settlement dated 20 August 1711, between Thomas Chambers of Gorcott Hall in Studley of the first part, Edmund Chambers, son and heir of the said Thomas Chambers, and Catherine his wife, daughter of Thomas Lowe of Chadwick in Bromsgrove, co. Worcs., esq., of the second part, Thomas Lowe of the third part, John Holmden and John Oldfield of the fourth part and Humphry Lowe of Bromsgrove, esq., son and heir of the said Thomas Lowe and Edward Westwood of Chadwick, gent., of the fifth part and ending with a conveyance dated 2 January 1824 by John Benton Haynes of Astwood in Feckenham, Worcs., farmer, eldest son and heir of John Jordan Haynes late of Upton Haselor, esq., deceased and others to John Weston.
