- Deed of co-partnership, 11 May 1840

- Dissolution of partnership, 31 January 1844

- Assignments of shares, 12 February 1842

- Actions for debt brought against customers, including John Brown of the Old Red Lion, Redditch (sale bill for hotel effects, 17 March 1841)

The senior partners were Thomas Ashwin of Bidford, farmer, William Chattaway of Arrow, gent., and Stephen Simmonds of Myton, gent.
