Copy of citation on behalf of the Bishop of Hereford against Dorcas Owen of the parish of More to appear in the Diocesan Court held in the parish church of Ludlow on 28 February next to answer articles etc. re adultery or fornication with the late Richard More, Esq. of Linley at the wish of Robert More, Esq.

On dorse: To Dorcas Owen - cites her to appear before Charles Baldwyn, Esq. LLB, Chancellor of the Diocese of Hereford at his court to be held in the parish church of Ludlow on 28 February next to answer articles re her soul's health and the reformation of her manners and particularly for the 'foul sinn of Adultery, fornication Incontency' by her committed with Richard More late of Linley, Esq. decd. which will be objected against her at the voluntary promotion of Robert More, Esq.
Also account for beer, ale and bread, Wednesday night's supper, Thursday night and Saturday, Mr More's horses 6 nights for oats and bran Mr Hill's horses 9 nights - oats and bran £2 8s 6d
