To wife Harriet all provisions and £50. She to divide candelibrum and goblets and cup in drawing room amongst children.
All real and other personal estate to wife and John Kirkland and John William Kirkland, both of Southwell, gents., on trust for wife for life or widowhood; should she remarry then to pay her £52 p.a. for life; residue for children. Should all children die without issue, then for Matilda Howsin, wife's sis., for life, then to her children; in default to children of sis. Louisa Malkin.
Wife and trustees to be executors and guardians.
