Lease for a year from Elizabeth Roberts, senior, widow of William Roberts, late of Stratford upon Avon, yeoman, Mary Roberts, Martha Roberts and Elizabeth Roberts, junior, spinsters, three of the daughters and coheirs of the said William and Mary [?Elizabeth] to Thomas Peyton, mercer, and William Smith, ironmonger, both of Stratford upon Avon, of a newly erected building in the Rother Street or Rother market between the messuage of Mark Noble in the occupation of Thomas Meades on the south, and the messuage in the possession of the said Elizabeth Roberts, the elder, on the north, the said street on the east and a barn and close of the said Elizabeth Roberts on the west.
Witnesses: Joseph Hunt, senior, Edward Fletcher, Francis Eaborne, servant to Mr. Hunt.
