Jury: Nicholas Avent, Simon Slade, Edward Dillon, Richard Hennah, John Andrew, John Retallick, William Pearse, John Burne, William Harding, Peter Wellington, John Hicks, Petherick Bunt, Gregory Mably, Benjamin Hawker, gents.

Presentment of average prices of corn, per Winchester bushel, as follows: wheat, 6s. 8d.; barley, 3s. 4d.; oats, 1s. 6d.; horse beans, 4s. 6d.

Vice-Treasurer to advance a further £700 to the contractors for the jail [£1,000 asked for].

£713 14s. [six jail rates] to be raised and paid to Samuel Hext, gent., Vice-Treasurer, to meet request for further advance for the jail.

Details of the new jail building agreed: covering of the roofs; water supply; alteration of debtors' ward and court.
