Description

Consent of Peregrine Osborne, Marquess of Carmarthen, Lord of the manor of Hartishead in the West Riding of co. York, and the freeholders and occupiers of land in the said manor, to the enclosure of twenty acres of waste ground, commonly called Hartishead Common, for the benefit and support of James Ryley, Minister of the Chapel of Hartishead in the said manor, and his successors, Ministers.
