10 March: Blackburn. Leaking booster pump in starboard fuel tank prevented the aircraft being flown and is being changed. Aircraft should be servicable by mid-day today. Wyvern VW.868. AIrcraft servicable during the morning but not flown owing to low visibility. Trouble was experienced with the flaps prior to flying later in the day. The fault is being rectified. 11 March: Blackburn. Further change of booster pump necessary owing to leakage. Aircraft is now servicable. Wyvern VW.868 Aircraft unservicable owing to suspected fault in flap mechanism. Westland later confirmed that the difference in flap setting was within acceptable limits
