Left-hand indenture of fine levied at Westminster in Michaelmas Term 15 Charles I [1639] between Edward Willughby esq. and Henry Willughby esq. plaintiffs and Edward Ferrers esq. and Henry Ferrers esq. deforciants of the manors of Baddesley Clynton and Kingswood and 10 messuages, 8 cottages, a watermill, 10 gardens, 10 orchards, 400 acres of land, 200 acres of meadow, 300 acres of pasture, 100 acres of wood, 200 acres of heath, 40s. annual rent with view of frank-pledge and appurtenances in Baddesley Clynton, Kingswood, Packwood, Knowle, Rowington and Lapworth, and the advowson of the church at Baddesley, Consideration: £600.
