Title
Letter from Matthew [Parker], Archbishop of Canterbury, and Edmund [Grindal], Bishop of London, Lambeth, to William More, one of the justices of the peace of Surrey. They have intelligence that 'at Catherine Hill's fair now at hand divers sectaries have in purpose to meet together and to have their conventicles, whereof one David Oreb is the ringleader'. Oreb should be arrested with any of his accomplices who are 'notable setters out of any naughty doctrine' and sent to London, which work is for God's glory, the maintenance of true religion and 'the public tranquillity of this realm'.
