26th March 1845. Letter from Jones & Walmisley of Parliament Street, to J. Finchett Maddock, Esq., concerning proceedings re the second reading of the Chester Improvement Bill. They will try to ascertain Lord Shaftesbury's sentiments on the point he has raised.
