Unlabelled Bundle referring mainly to Marshwood, cont:
Leases and Counterpart Leases for 99 years and lives of properties holden of the manor of Marshwood, 1700/01-64(23). Release by John, Lord Poulett, and John, Viscount Hinton, of all manner of suits of court, amercments, etc., due from the town or parish of Lyme Regis in respect of the manor of Marshwood, 1647/8. Deeds concerning Nash or Naish Farm in Marshwood and Whitechurch Canonicorum (co. Dorset), 1760(2), 1773. (27 documents).
Internal original bundle containing deeds relating to a dwelling house called Giblond alias Giblands, etc., in Marshwood and Whitechurch Canonicorum, 1727-75(6), including the Wills of Anna How of Sherborne (co. Dorset), 1766 (attested paper copy made 1770), and Rose Dare of Prime in Marshwood, widow, 1746 (proved P.C.C., 1747; probate copy).
Demise by 8 paupers to the overseers of Marshwood of the cottages in which they were seised, in return for poor relief, 1767. (7 documents).
Common Recovery affecting John, Earl Poulett, and wife Lady Sophia, and John, Viscount Hinton, and the manor of Marshwood alias Mashwood, the Hundred of Whitchurch, the Rectory of Buckland Abbas, etc., 1805.
